Exceptional property with delightfully helpful employees from the staff to the maids to the managers. Fully functional and modern rooms with separate bathrooms and an electric kettle and glassware. Honestly no reason to complain.

I had the best vacation of my life at this resort. The setting was like a dream, with small interconnected islands creating a stunning view. The overwater bungalow I stayed in had an unobstructed view of the lagoon. Although there were no coral reefs directly in front, I did have occasional visits from a family of eagle rays. The highlight for snorkeling beginners was the spa, which had an "artificial" lagoon filled with a variety of fish. The hotel provided high-quality snorkeling equipment for guests to use. The gym was well-equipped and the pool looked inviting, although I preferred spending my time in the beautiful lagoon. What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From top management downwards, they made an effort to connect with guests on a daily basis, ensuring our satisfaction. Unfortunately, there is not enough space here to give specific examples, but I am truly grateful to Richard and his team for making my holiday enjoyable.
Nothing, it is perfect.

Amazing and good setting, I had really nice time.
Location: the hotel was just off which is actually on the other side of the island, and a whole island to ourselves. It also was to the beach or one of the larger pools.

The lagoonarium for snorkeling was outstanding, with a knowledgeable biologist named Daniel who explained everything about the marine life. The overwater bungalows were great, offering breathtaking views of the turquoise water. The staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The Dragon Roll at the Bamboo Restaurant and the Uravena Fish at the Lagoon by Jean-Georges were delicious. The Butler service was top-notch, taking care of all our needs. The hotel provided complimentary ironing and free canoeing. The spa had a sauna and steam bath, perfect for relaxation.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Well-appointed and well-maintained rooms.
Good standard hotel for snorkeling. Great beds, so many space and a nice, separate living area in the room. Top-class and amazingly attentive staff; early check in. Remote location, within walking distance of Lagoonarium. Positioned in the very nice area. Excellent restaurant for dinner. The lagoon view and excellent service. Everything exceptional.

Our stay at this luxurious hotel was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a courteous and accommodating staff who made our every need their top priority. The exclusive amenities, such as the outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and spa & wellness center, were all up to par. We particularly enjoyed the spa lounge where we indulged in a soothing full body massage and beauty treatments to invigorate our senses. The sun loungers, garden area, and beach access provided the perfect backdrop for ultimate relaxation.
The only minor issue we encountered was with the dinner service. While the restaurant offers a variety of delicious options, the wait time for our food was noticeably longer than expected.
